Betano Alberta is still not open. Kaizen Gaming's Betano entered the AGLC register on 10 July 2026 (next.io). AiGC's list of the sites open to Albertans does not include Betano, though.
Is Betano legal in Alberta?
Kaizen Gaming Canada Inc., the company behind it, has an AGLC registration. Only a site that also appears on the AiGC list may take bets. In the meantime, pick a sportsbook that is open today.
Betano in other Canadian provinces
In Ontario, it has held a licence since late 2022 (next.io). The sportsbooks open to you here today appear on the Alberta sports betting list.
