Within Ontario, Royal Panda runs a legal online casino. It has no approval in Alberta. Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis must approve a gambling company before it can appear on AGLC's register. It is absent, while the Alberta iGaming Corporation does not list it as open either.
It does not work there. iGaming Ontario states that you need to be inside Ontario to play on any site it lists (legal sites list). The Alberta iGaming Corporation sets the same rule for Alberta: logging in or betting requires you to be in the province (player questions). A Royal Panda account opened in Ontario can be used only in that province. After you leave, the account no longer works.
The sites above offer casino games only, just like Royal Panda in Ontario. See the best online casino in Alberta for all 49 approved casino sites and what stands out on each.
Your deposits must sit in a Canadian trust account that is separate from the business, according to the Alberta iGaming Corporation (player questions). This rule applies to approved sites in Alberta. Each site also links with AGLC's Self-Exclusion Program, so one block removes you from every approved site. Complaints that a site fails to settle within 72 hours may be sent to the Alberta iGaming Corporation. Without approval, a site offers none of those protections, and the corporation warns that oversight is not guaranteed (its player page).

No. Because AGLC has not approved Royal Panda, it may not take bets from people in Alberta. You will see the approved casino sites near the top of this page.
Each open site here first registered with AGLC and signed an agreement with the Alberta iGaming Corporation. The company behind Royal Panda would need to complete those same two steps. Each week, we go over both lists. If Royal Panda shows up on them, we will report it here, and the brand will then join the open-sites list we keep.
